At Black Hammer, we provide Standard/Registered delivery to any address within Singapore (except for restricted areas). We regret to inform that we can only process orders from within Singapore.
All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
Singpost Normal Mail – it takes approximately 5 to 18 working days to reach you from the time of order.
Qxpress Delivery – at an additional charge of $4.50 or FREE for orders above S$80. It takes approximately 2 to 4 working days to reach you from the time of order.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You will be able to track the delivery status of your orders with Qxpress. Please note there might be an additional charge for re-delivery. Please provide your contact number upon checkout.
We 'Black Hammer' reserve the rights to examine the item to check its conditions. If proven unacceptable by our standards, we may deny the exchange.
We wish to inform you that there will be strictly no refund/ return for any items purchased.
We will gladly accept exchange of unworn shoes within 7 days of purchase. Please send back footwear in its original shoe box with original tags, packaging and documents attached, in resalable condition via mail.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Should there be a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
There will be no refund/credit terms or reimbursement should the value of exchanged products be lower than the original purchased product. However, in the event where the value of exchanged product is higher than the original purchased product, the customer is liable to pay for the price difference. We highly recommend exchange of item to be based on same price.
For Defective Products
We provide a 30-days warranty period. Any products with defects must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Original purchase documents must be produced for verification purposes.
The product needs to be sent via mail for inspection by our product team before a decision is made whether to replace or repair the item. By sending in your shoes for repair, you agree not to hold Black Hammer liable for any dissatisfaction and/or damages caused during the repair.
Products with visible defects in material or workmanship will be replaced with the same item or repaired at our management’s discretion or refund at our management’s discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse any replacements/repairs/refund if we determine the faults are a result of wear and tear, misuse or other than because of material and workmanship defects.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund:
1. Please check your bank account again, and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
2. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
